SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

Each of Marina’s etchings are sent flat, matted and backed with a 3/16” acid-free foam board backer (ready for framing).   The assembly is then enclosed with several layers of protective material.  We take pride in our packaging.  We try to ship within 1 business day from the receipt of an order.  Normal deliveries occur within 3 to 6 business days after mailing . Depending on price and/or delivery time, we alternate between USPS (United States Post Office) and UPS Ground (United Parcel Service).  Again, shipping is free within the USA unless otherwise identified on the corresponding webpage.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

International orders that are very small in size,can be shipped free, but we remove the matting and backer board. The artwork will be send as a single sheet within an normal size envelope via First Class Mail.  This substantially reduces the weight of the package and remains in our budget. This applies only to artwork that has an image (plate) size less than 12 cm by 16 cm.

Artwork that is larger than 12 cm by 16 cm (plate size) will require an additional shipping fee.  When an order is made, we will search to find the best prices and then we will communicate our findings with the purchaser. If satisfactory, we will send an invoice for the additional shipping charge. If the purchaser is not satisfied with the proposed charges, the purchaser can simply request to terminate the order and we will immediately begin the process of a full refund.

We abide by applicable customs requirements and shall make necessary disclosures as to price and content.  Duties, taxes, or any other fees shall be the responsibility of the purchaser.

GENERAL

• Request that the order be waterproofed and we will shrink-wrap it to form a barrier.  There is no charge for this request.  You can email your request to uldis@terauds.com.
  
  
• Ask for signature confirmation to be sure that it will be delivered to somebody in person.  There are extra charges for this service which we will invoice you.  You can make this request by sending an email to uldis@terauds.com .
  
  
• Or, you can request "depot shipping" in which case we would research to find a location that will hold your order until you came and pick it up.
